At Al's Rent A Car in Turks and Caicos Islands, we have characterized as a company committed to good customer service, our way of working is based on clear policies and procedures.

Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 25 years.

Valid driver's license: The client and any additional drivers must possess a valid driver's license from country of residence. We reserve the right to verify driver's license according to rules established by Al's Rent A Car and refuse to rent the unit not complying with these rules.

Valid credit card: Al's Rent A Car accepts the most recognized credit cards at time of rental. Credit cards accepted includes: Visa, Master Card and American Express.

We remind some of our most important safety rules to follow when you rent one of our vehicles:

• The use of seat belts is mandatory.

• Always drive on the left.

• For your safety, it is not allowed by law for children under the age 10 years to ride in the front seat.

• During the rainy season, be wary of the slippery roads.

• Caution pedestrians on roads and streets.

• It is very easy to get stuck in the sand or on the beaches, so try not to leave the road at any time.

• Always handle with caution and pay close attention to the corners.

Additional charges apply only if:

Fuel: This charge applies only if the Client returns the car without the same level of fuel as received.

Fees: The fee includes the rental car for a specified period (day, week, month) and unlimited mileage. The minimum charge per rental is one day (24 hours from the time of receiving the unit), regardless of the client works the car just a part of that time. For purposes of rental days will be considered for periods of 24 hours or fraction exceeding 4 hours. The rental fee does not include the payment of fines, violations, gas, leave the car at another location (Drop off), or any other charge to the customer.

Place and date of return of the car: The venue, date and time agreed to return the vehicle may not be modified without prior written authorization from our office. In case of breach of this provision by the customer, in addition to charges resulting therefrom.

Additional driver: The client may appoint an additional driver over 25 years of age with valid driver's license issued by the competent authorities. The additional driver will be subject to all obligations of the client in handling the vehicle and is also jointly liable with that in regard to liability for damages to third parties or to the unit.
